Kapamilya Star Toni Gonzaga made a live phone call with ASAP hosts on October 2, first time after she gave birth to her son Severiano Elliot.

ASAP host Jolina Magdangal congratulated Toni Gonzaga for being a certified mom after she made her son see his first glimpse of the world. Toni expressed her outmost joy as she claimed that she felt being a real partner of God in bringing Severiano Elliot into the world. Toni also declared that her son is the biggest miracle that happened in her life.

When asked how they came up with the name Baby Seve, Toni narrated that it is his husband, Director Paul Soriano, who chose what to call their son. She said that the name came from Paul’s favorite Spanish golfer, Severiano Ballesteros. Paul took the first name from the golfer and “Elliot” came from a bible-based origin. According to Toni, Paul chose “Elliot” as it means “Jehovah is God”. Toni added that Paul’s choice of name was also inspired by his favorite movie, E.T (The Extra-Terrestrial).

Jolina Magdangal also asked Toni Gonzaga from whom did Babe Seve get his facial features. Toni said that there are times he looked like her but there are also time he looked like Alex Gonzaga, Toni’s sister. Eventually, Toni said that Baby Seve’s facial features came from his father. 

Before the ASAP hosts ends the conversation with Toni Gonzaga, long-time mom Jolina Magdangal reminded Toni Gonzaga of the importance of breastfeeding. Toni admitted that she has been doing it for three straight days and she finds it hard as a first time mom. Toni’s sister Alex Gonzaga and PBB co-host Robi Domingo congratulated her again.

Meanwhile, there is still no declaration from Toni Gonzaga when she will return in showbiz after she gave birth to Severiano Elliot.
