Before their much awaited wedding in December, Paul Jake Castillo and Kaye Abad revealed photos from their prenup shoot to the public.
The pictorial took place in El Kabayo Stables in Subic, Zambales while the photo shoot is rustic-themed. The couple were seen posing and having sweet moments together with a simple rural background. The shoot was directed by Nice Print Photography.
The wedding date for Abad and Castillo’s wedding is yet to be disclosed. The former star of ‘Tabing Ilog” said that the ceremony will be private.
“Ang request ng family na private ang wedding pero magpo-provide naman ng videos ng wedding para mas solemn at intimate sana,” Abad said.
She also said in a previous interview that she is excited to marry her “best friend.”
“Magkasundo talaga kami,” she pointed out. “Hindi rin siya iyong typical na boyfriend, iyong pa-sweet at clingy. Ayaw ko ng ganoon eh. Parang barkada lang talaga [ang turing naming sa isa’t isa] kasi iyon naman ang masaya, iyong boyfriend m ay kaibigan mo at kasundo mo.”
Last April 2014, Abad and Castillo revealed their relationship to the public. Before the big revelation, they have been very close friends. Abad even shared that she was trying to set up Castillo with others.
“Hinahanapan ko pa siya ng dates tapos wala ring nag-work. Sa akin din pala siya babagsak,” she said.
May 17 was the date of Castillo’s proposal to Abad. In a high-rise building in Alabang, Castillo arranged a party for her girlfriend and in the middle of the party, he asked Abad to marry him.
