It cannot be denied that John Lloyd Cruz is one of the most refined bachelors of today. Not only is he a good actor and dedicated in his work, he is also someone who is loved by many because of his funny personality. And throughout the years, he already reaped the fruits of his labor which is clearly evident in his beautiful mansion in Antipolo. He was hesitant before, but later on agreed to show his house to YES! Magazine. 

'Noong naramdaman ko na it's time to give back to my supporters, unang pumasok sa isip ko, 'Sige na nga.''

The house is a 1,110-square meeter located in the heights of Antipolo. 

'Ang gusto ko talaga, parang magmukha siyang bahay sa L.A., like French Mediterranean. Sa loob, American iyong feel.'

'Parang dito ako pinaka-relaxed, pinaka-comfortable.

'Pag tinignan mo siya, parang hindi siya ganoon ka-elegante, hindi siya ganoon ka-casual or relaxed, pero sakto for my taste...

'Kasi parang hindi ko ma-appreciate iyong napaka-intricate ng lahat sa bahay ko.

'I find it heavy.'

His living room has a cathedral ceiling and his beautiful staircase lead to two doors, the powder room and his entertainment room. His dining area has a 10-seater narra dining table with a view of the pool area and the garden. The flooring was  abit costly according to his architect. 

Natural stone iyan. Usually kasi, kapag white marble, synthetic na.'

'Iyong kitchen talaga, I'm very particular with it, kasi gusto ko malaki.

'Gusto ko tama iyong kailangan mo if you want to cook,'he said describing his kitchen. 

He also shared his favorite spot in the house which is the garden and said: 'Gustong-gusto ko diyan, kasi it gives you a panoramic view of the house.'

'Masarap diyan pag hapon, masarap ang hangin.'

Aside from that, he also has a fish pond and an infinity pool. 

'Kasi parang bad luck pag may hukay ka sa property mo. So, para makontra siya, sa feng shui, maglagay ka ng infinity image.'
