[Trending Now] Heart Evangelista Boasted She Is Independent, She Never Asked Money From Husband Chiz Escudero And She Shoulders The Responsibility Of Paying Her New House!

Heart Evangelista proudly revealed in an interview with push.com how she manages her financial status given that she is married to Senator Chiz Escudero. She also declared that her family is modern and so their way of living should be modern as well.

Evangelista shared with the ABS-CBN Entertainment New Site her plans of moving in to the new house she bought in New Manila, Quezon City. The house is near the former residence of Sen. Chiz Escudero and his first family. Evangelista shared that they were supposed to move in to the house by December but since its kitchen is not yet completed, they adjusted their plans of moving in and made it next year instead, on the day of her birthday.

The actress who was interviewed after she renewed her contract with Viva Artists Management proudly said that she is the only one who paid for the house in New Manila and Chiz has no contribution for its payment. She also openly shared that both of them signed a pre-nuptials agreement that entitles both of them ownership of their own properties should their marriage fail. Evangelista also said that since they have a modern family, it is just reasonable for them to make such agreement.

““Well, ako kasi ano, eh, we have a pre-nup, both. So what’s mine before and after will be mine, ganu’n din sa kanya kasi we have a modern family.”

The actress also said that she does not want to be involved with talks concerning money and properties since Escudero already have his children before he married Evangelista. Given that they are also about to have their own children, it is better for Evangelista to have their own identity of their own properties.

“I don’t like to discuss about money, he has two children and then I have my own din (soon), so ayoko ng may mag-aaway-away pa or what. So anuman ‘yung sa kanila, kanila para malinis,” Evangelista explained.

Evangelista also shared with the media that her own mom and dad made their pre-nuptial agreement since they consider their family as modern. She shared that her parents have their own properties each as they see it as a better way of living. She emphasized how she does not want to talk about money at any circumstance.

“Kasi it’s better like that, kunwari, when I have my own, it’s different, we’re very modern, we have a modern family, it’s the same with my family. Kasi my dad and my mom when they get married, his and hers sila. Parang ganu’n din ang mangyayari sa amin and it’s better and I don’t like to talk about money.” Evangelista added.

The 31-year old actress also shared that she independently pays for everything for her new house. Even their bills were paid by each other and not a joint effort with Chiz. She also said that Chiz never hands her money as she can earn her own.

““I’m very independent, wala siyang ibinibigay, well, of course pag nagdi-date kami, sagot niya, but with other things, akin” Evangelista said with full confidence in front of the media.

Evangelista also expressed that she and Escudero have the same perception about having a modern family and so this set-up suits the type of family they have. 

“Since we’re modern, we also have a modern family. He has kids and everything and I think, it’s good for us. I think it’s important to have it all na parang lay it all down on the table so you don’t fight or talk about money. It’s not nice to talk about money.” She explained.

Evagelista added that both of them let each other do each other’s business especially when it comes to their professions. She said that she is happy with what her company is doing for her as well as she freely accepts what her husband can offer her as of the moment.

“I don’t have to worry about anything. Anyway, hindi rin naman ako nagmamadali, hindi rin naman ako parang kumbaga, hayok na hayok, di ba? Kung anuman ang ibibigay sa akin ngayon, tatanggapin ko and Viva filters everything for me, they take care of everything.”

She ended the conversation with a declaration that she is indeed happy with what is currently happening in her life.

“I don’t have to think so much about kung ano pa ang mga kailangan kong gawin. So, I’m very happy,”

Meanwhile, it can be recalled that the couple trended as they made headlines when they visited President Rodrigo Duterte in his hometown in Davao City.
