[Trending Now] Girl Wins Lottery, Ex-boyfriend Wants Part Of $79M Won!

A 19 year old girl won $79M in the lottery and her ex-boyfriend reportedly asked her to have some share of it.

Dan White, 21, was dumped by his two-year girlfriend Courtney Davies, 19, through a text message. After the bitter break-up, Davies won the lottery. According to Elite Readers, Davies has to move to a Southampton University which was he reason why she decided to end her relationship with White. 

Prior the couple’s break-up, Courtney’s mother, Sonia, won the lottery herself which gave her the opportunity to fight cancer. Sonia’s £61M cash prize was divided and shared to their relatives. The boyfriend of Courtney’s sister even received £12M from her. The couple later on decided to move near Dan White’s place. This made Dan hear so much about Courtney's fortune. 

Dan was 'savaged' by his friends after hearing Courtney's luck. “All my mates are savaging me about this – the first I knew of their win was my phone going nuts. The boys were all sending me links and jokey Snapchats asking if I was gutted. One said: “How much have you cried since you found out mate?” Dan himself told Elite Readers.

When asked about the failed relationship and the lottery won by his ex-lover, he said “She called it off by text which I didn’t think was the right to do but I wish her all the best even though I won’t see any of the money! She could give me a million a year for two years I went out with her- I wouldn’t say no to that”.

Meanwhile, Elite Reader expressed that it is painful to be dumped by a lover but it seemed to be inappropriate to ask for a part of the money won by the ex-lover.
