A recent Facebook trend has people going crazy over likes and shares, as they request famous people for dates or popular restaurants for free food in exchange for a deal that requires them to get a specific number of likes, shares and comments over a period of time.

This young man did an attempt with this popular trend and asked fast food giant McDonald’s for free unlimited fries if he can get 10K like, comments and 5K shares on Facebook. 

He also explained that he was doing it for his significant other who he said was having an extreme craving for some McDonald’s fries. 

Jeijei Arabe was surprised when the Mcdonald’s page replied to him and agreed with his deal. 

Unfortunately for the Arabe, he claimed that he accidentally deleted the initial post that he had which only needed 2.6K likes more for him to accomplish the deal.

Lucky for him, McDonald’s still agreed for him to continue the deal but he had to start all over again but gave him till Saturday, October 8, for him to garner the numbers that he was required to meet for the unlimited fries deal. 

The netizens of the Philippines went crazy after hearing about the looming unlimited fries from McDonald’s. The post went viral overnight and just after 15 hours, he got 47K likes, 3.5K shares and more than 13K comments.

Now, all of the post’s followers are all waiting for the remaining 1.5K likes for the deal to push through and everyone seems to be just as excited as Arabe.
