Recently, young actress Nadine Lustre went viral as a video of her snobbing a fan who asked for a photo went rounds in social media. Their conversation were inaudible, some netizens cannot help but call her a snob in the video. However, many of her fans went to her aid, saying that she may be tired or not allowed to have pictures.

But recently, Jill, the teen who was in the video asking for the photo in the video defended Lustre through a tweet saying that the actress politely declined the photo as it wasn't allowed by the director. She noted that Lustre and her real-life boyfriend and loveteam James Reid were nice people.

The two were shooting their movie "This Time" at the time the video were taken. Director Nuel Naval replied to Jill's  tweet apologizing and explaining that they were on a tight schedule in shooting the film. This is because the two just came back from their Europe concert your and there were lesser time to shoot.

Meanwhile, Nadine Lustre is yet to comment on the issue.
