Agot Isidro spoke her mind in a Facebook post which quickly circulated around the internet, yesterday, October 09, 2016. She was unable to keep silent about President Rodrigo Duterte's statement, directed at US and EU, to withdraw foreign aid. Just as other politicians didn't agree, Isidro aired her sentiments regarding the issue saying:

"Unang-una, walang umaaway sa iyo. As a matter of fact, ikaw ang nang-aaway.
Pangalawa, yung bansa Kung saan ka inuluklok ng 16 million out of 100+ million people ay Third World. Kung makapagsalita ka parang superpower and pilipinas eh. At excuse me, ayaw namin magutom. Mag-isa ka na Lang. wag kang mandamay. Hindi na nga nakakain ang nakararami, gugutumin mo pa lalo.
Pangatlo, may kilala along psychiatrist. Patingin ka. Hindi ka bipolar. You are a psychopath."

Netizens flooded the thread with hate comments and negative posts about the actress. Isidro, then, made her profile private. But this morning, she made her profile public again and continued to stand by what she said. She posted a quote saying, "If you need violence to enforce your ideas, your ideas are worthless.' with the caption "Good Morning, Pilipinas."

She then made another post, sharing an article about "psychopath" with the caption  'Ayan.. Basahin ng mabuti ha.'.

On the other hand, many netizens also agreed with her despite the equally haters she gained. The president is yet to react about the issue.
