[Trending Now] A Tiger And A Bear Bids Farewell To Their Beloved Lion 'Brother' Named Leo After 15 Years Of Friendship!

Leo the Lion, the vicious cat who caught everyone’s attention with his affectionate friendship with a lion and a bear, has passed last August due to liver complications.

A representative from Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary in Locust Grove, Georgia poster on Facebook that the beloved lion has passed away.

“n August 11th we said goodbye to our beloved Leo, the 15-year-old lion in our “BLT” trio. Leo hadn’t been himself the past few weeks and because numerous diagnostics tests couldn’t explain his symptoms of in apprentice and lethargy, he was scheduled for exploratory abdominal surgery,: according to the Facebook post.

Leo was part of a famous trio of animals who are unlikely to share the same spot, known as the BLT. Other members are Baloo the bear and Shere Khan the tiger.

The three were rescued from a drug dealer’s house back in 2001. They drew attention when they we’re seen showing affection and became clingy to each other.

After 15 years, nothing has changes and they became inseparable as ever, a surprise to the rescuers and zoo caretakers.

Unfortunately, Leo’s health began to weaken last summer and exploratory surgery was planned to save him.

Leo the Lion was buried by the clubhouse where his “friends” and him usually hang out.
