Relationships are more complicated nowadays. Couple traditionally consist of a boy and a girl. However, in an upcoming film, things get a little mixed up.

An aspiring fashion designer Andi (Angel Locsin) has an ex-boyfriend who is a cosmetic surgeon named Max (Sam Milby). Andi was really in love with Max that's why when they broke up, she had a hard time moving on.

Max told Andi that their relationship is not working. Andi cried herself out until the day came when Andi wanted to meet Max in person. She is now hoping for a second chance.

During their meet-up, Max told Andi that he will introduce someone to her. And that "friend" is Christian (Zanjoe Marudo) an oncologist for children. All along, Andi thought that Christian is the one that will make her happy this time. But when Max told her what the relation of Christian to him is, she was shocked!
