[Trending Now] Real-life Maya and Sir Chief Love Story: Gloria and Bud!

We all loved the morning serye "Please Be Careful with my Heart." We all love how the story of Sir Chief and Maya came to be the best love story ever! Maya was the house helper of Sir Chief and in time, Sir Chief fell in love with Maya's heart and wit. Well, it turned out that their love story doesn't just happen in TV, it happens in real life. 

Well, Gloria is our real-life Maya. Hailing from Dumaguete, Negros Oriental. At the age of 10, she was maltreated by her own parents. She admitted that she didn't like her life before. She was also diagnosed with dyslexia and has been the reason why she was always bullied as a girl. She then chose to live with his uncle. However, her life got worse as she was abused multiple times. Good thing, she then met a recruiter and landed the job of being a house helper in Manila.  Still no luck, she was moved to Zamboanga. She then met Bud, a US Navy.

She shared how she dreamed of having an American Boyfriend. Bud on the other hand, shared how he admired Gloria's diligence and kindness. When he had a vacation in California, he cannot help but miss her house helper Gloria. 

They got officially married in September 16, 1972 and is now together for 44 years.  That just proves that forever is real.
