Itokhang natin. Sama kayo?” said Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa to reporters regarding the celebrities included in Duterte’s list of alleged drug users and pushers. Celebrity drug users and pushers are the next targets of Duterte’s war against drugs.

Although PNP chief Dela Rosa does not have a copy of the list yet, he has already decided that celebrities included on the list should be subject under Oplan Tokhang. Dela Rosa claimed in a press briefing at Camp Crame on Monday that once he see the actual list, he will take the necessary actions for the public figures.

"Sa mga artista kung ibigay ni Presidente sa akin yung listahan na yun, gusto mo i-Tokhang natin sila? Ito-tokhang natin. Sama kayo?” PNP chief Dela Rosa told the reporters.
It can be recalled that Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) chairman Martin Diño made claims last Saturday that 50 celebrities are on Duterte’s drug list. He said that majority of the celebrities on the list are party drug users while 10 of them are suspected drug pushers. Although the SBMA Chairman refused to name the celebrities included, he said that Duterte might make it known to the public soon.

“Katukin natin sa kani-kaniyang bahay, kani-kaniyang TV station. Surrender na kayo kasi identified kayo na user,” he said. Dela Rosa claimed that celebrities and TV personalities should not receive and expect special treatments or exceptions in the implementation of Oplan Tokhang,

“I-Tokhang natin. Tinokhang nga natin yung mga high-end subsdivisions diyan, sila pa na public figure. They should be open to the public,” said Dela Rosa.
Meanwhile, it can be recalled that Robin Padilla who is a well-known public figure has expressed his disapproval on making the names of the involved celebrities known by the public.
