[Trending Now] Pangasinan Rep. Espino Called Duterte A 'True Leader And A Gentleman'. Why? Read HERE!

Last Tuesday, Pangasinan Rep. Amado Espino Jr. called the President Duterte a ‘true gentleman and a leader’ after he was included in the illegal drug matrix disclosed by the President months ago.

A drug matrix of the people involved in the suspected illegal drug trade in the New Bilibid Prison was released a month ago by President Duterte and one of the names  mentioned was Espino’s. Duterte recently cleared Espino's name after an investigation. 

The governor said, “I am humbled by the pronouncement of the President clearing my involvement on the alleged drug matrix released last August 25, 2016.”

President Rodrigo Duterte apologized to Governor Espino, Provincial Board Member Raul Sison and Provincial Administrator Rafael Baraan last Tuesday for having their names wrongly placed in the list. 

Espino told the people of Pangasinan to express their appreciation for the apology done by the President.

“My family, friends and the people of Pangasinan would like to express our gratitude to the President for being a true leader and gentleman,” Espino aforementioned.

He also added, “He has my highest esteem for the courageous and bold statement of apology on clearing my name, Raffy Baraan and Raul Sison.”
