Russian President Vladimir Putin, also known as the Forbes' "World's Most Powerful Person" will be coming to the Philippines two weeks from now to attend the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation leader's meeting in Manila, according to CNN Philippines.
President Putin ranked number one in the Forbes' annual "Ranking of the World's Powerful People" for he is "one of the few men in the world powerful enough to do what he wants - and get away with it." The list of annual ranking was composed of 73 individual mixed figures coming from business, media and politics.
Though Russia is facing conflict in Ukraine and international sanctions, Forbes pointed out that Putin enjoyed strong support from their country and he even gained an approval rating of 89%.
