Being told countless times what to do and don't by our moms is always a story worth telling. As painful it appears, the memories of it will never be forgotten and will always be fresh on our minds, right? All those lessons, embarrassments, and naggings we daughters went through are bittersweet moments we kept as we grow.

According to a study by the University of Essex in England, the continuous and persistent nagging done by mothers may have affected the success of their daughters- at least in a good way.  Studies showed that the products of pushy moms turned out to be more successful in life. 

From year 2004 up to 2010, researches have proven and tested it with the lives of 15,500 girls between ages 13-14 who claimed having moms with high standards to grow up and earn college degrees and high-paying jobs.

"Tiger Moms" as they were called, also observed that their daughters were less likely to suffer from teenage pregnancy. 

After all, we should thank our mothers in the future for being nagging and for harassing us to always be on top of our games. Outcomes showed that it isn't bad for us to have moms like ours, and we must be proud of it as well. 

Here's a shoutout for all the trophy moms who if it weren't for them, the world lacked of mighty and trophy women.
