[Trending Now] Ex-TV 5 Cameraman Caught At Checkpoint With Shabu!

A former TV 5 assistant cameraman was caught at a checkpoint in Quezon City carrying shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) last Sunday. Dennis Oflada, 38 years old, was detained by the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Masambong Station just past 11 AM.

The policemen initially flagged down the suspect for riding a motorcycle without a helmet. They found seven sachets of shabu in his bag.

Authorities claimed that Oflada presented his TVS identification card and said that he was still part of the network. However, investigators found that the ID expired two years ago.

The 35 grams of shabu costs around 70,000 Php. They also confiscated a cellphone with incriminating messages, confirming Oflada's intent to sell and buy shabu.
