With different foreign organizations and international bodies such as the United Nations (UN) and European Union (EU) on the tail of President Rodrigo Duterte with regards to the alleged spate killings that is assumed to have started since his term, he openly extended them an invitation to probe on the said issue in the country.

He have once again directed a tirade against his international critics during a speech in Misamis Oriental for the inauguration of a power plant on Thursday.

"I am formally announcing the United Nations, si Ban Ki [Moon]—ano ang pangalan ng yawa na iyan. I am inviting the EU, iyong pinakamahusay. Send the best lawyers of your town. Pati ang mga [UN] rapporteurs, pumunta sila sa Pilipinas. I will write them a letter to invite them for an investigation," said Duterte.

Furthermore, he challenged them as well to answer his own questions once their done, inviting everyone to watch how he would slam them according to him.

"But, in keeping with the time-honored principle of the right to be heard, matapos nila akong tanungin, tanungin ko sila. Siya! Isa-isahin ko sila. In an open forum. You can use the Senate or iyong Folk Arts Center, whatever, everybody here will be invited. Tapos manood kayo. Tignan ko kung paano ko lampasuhin iyang mga yawa na iyan," Duterte added.

The two foreign bodies have once expressed their concern on the means of Duterte in delivering his promise to eradicate drugs, crime and corruption in the country.
