Recently, the PNP, spearheaded by PRO 7 Regional Director Noli Talino, had a surprise raid with the Cebu City Jail.
Much to their surprise, they were able to confiscate big amount of cash, various appliances and gadgets, and even weapons last August 13 around dawn.
Ramil Lequin, one of the inmates said the cash were part of their "cooperative money".
But what made the raid controversial is when the authorities asked all the inmates to strip their clothes to avoid hiding of illegal drugs and weapons on their clothes.
They were able to gather 88 grams of shabu and around 4.8 Million Pesos from the raid.
