Spot checking" have caused a major wildfire in the internet just recently after the page of PNP Dela Rosa shared the photos. This refers to the policemen on-boarding buses in Metro Manila EDSA, to make everyone feel safe! Awesome!
There are as many as 80 batches shifting to fulfill this 'spot-checking' operations which according to them can deter crimes as criminals would now think twice before doing anything stupid, illegal for that matter, because of these policemen.
Many netizens lauded the operation as they see this as a way to lesses crimes in Metro Manila especially in EDSA. The policemen are even required to bring a log book with them where they would need the signature of the conductor to log their shifts.
