They say, the way to fully experience the culture of a place, taste their food. Well it must be because, each place do have their own flavors.

In the Philippines, we have varieties of flavors from different regions. But all these dishes wouldn't deny its Filipino twist. Many foreigners who visit the Philippines, couldn't miss the chance the famous dishes of the islands like Adobo, Sinigang, Seafood and Bicol Express. CNN said: “Blessed with an abundance of seafood, tropical fruits and creative cooks, there’s more to Filipino food than the mind-boggling balut (duck embryo),” 

But this video challenged some Americans to taste a signature Filipino dish "Dinuguan" made from pig's blood. It is usually joked as "chocolate meat" because of its brown color.
