The reigning Miss Universe keeps on slaying! Pia Wurtzbach knows how to grab everyone's attention in her recently posted picture where she was wearing a really skimpy black bikini just took away everyone. 

Over the weekend, she took to Instagram this glorious picture of her flaunting her figure in a black bikini and has caught the attention of many. She captioned the photo with:  "NOW that I have your attention, do you know your status yet? Cos I know mine. Not your relationship status, silly! I meant HIV status."

It can be recalled that one of the advocates of Pia even as a candidate is to raise awareness to HIV, a sexually transmitted disease. Recently, she was appointed by the Aid for AIDS to be HIV Prevention Ambassador. She was the sixth Miss Universe title holder to receive the position. 

As of this writing, the photo has garnered 118K likes already.
