As Bon Vallite, 29 years old, was looking for Pikachu from the popular reality game Pokemon Go, he ended up saving the life of a man who was said to have suffered a heatstroke.

The Davao City player was walking outside the hotel compound around 2:45 p.m. He was eager to look for Pokemons outside when he saw a man who was in weak condition and is already vomiting blood.

“So it turned out, instead of finding my first Pikachu character in Pokemon Go, I find a man looking for help while he was flimsy and later vomited blood,” Vallite narrated.

Vallite works as a computer consultant but he used to be a health worker.

He performed the first-aid procedures to the man who was identified as Dondi Mark Gadon of Tagum City

"I gave him water, laid his back to the wall because he is bending downwards to breath comfortable as he keeps on vomiting and since I have bottled water with me, I put some to his face to normalize his pressure", he added.

Afterwards, he asked for help from the security guard who then called the emergency number 911. Few minutes after, an ambulance cam and the patient was brought to the Metro Davao Medical and Research Center
