After the revelation of the names of politicians and police officers involve in illegal drugs as per intelligence report, PNP Chief Director General Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa vocally expressed his disappointment.
"Ang mahal niyo sarili niyo lamang, kung paano magpayaman, [expletives] hindi niyo inisip kinabukasan ng Pilipinas," he said in dismay.
He said that he was well aware of the riches the officials attained through illegal practices.
"Huwag kayo magmaang-maangan. Alam ko! Di niyo maitatago sa akin yan."
"Hangga't ako ang chief ng PNP hindi ako papayag na kayong mga [expletives] ang makikinabang sa pera ng droga. Hinding hindi ako papayag," he vowed.
Furthermore, he warned officials who won't turn their backs on the illegal drug trade that he will hunt them and kill them all even after his term as PNP Chief. He further expressed his humiliation after the revelation that many officials were found involved.
"Sino galit sa akin? Sino gusto makipagsuntukan sa akin ngayon? Lalabanan ko kayo."
