The vigilante killer with made cardboards accusing people of being pushers or criminals, justifying their deaths strike once again.

Rowena Tiamson, a 22-year-old graduating student was found in Barangay Parian, Manaoag, Pangasinan lifeless, hands tied, her face covered and again the infamous sign saying: "Huwag tularan, pusher"

She was expected to graduate this coming July 19 from her studies in Mass Communication at Colegio de Dagupan.

Rowena's family struggled to accept the death of their beloved daughter, more so the accusations tainting her death. They all knew her to be a loving and responsible daughter, far from the killer's assumption or more probably, excuse.

The unsolved murders of the vigilante killer continues to pile up, and many are now asking the question: How do we defend ourselves when we can no longer speak up before even being given a chance?

Family and friends of not only Rowena, but other victims too with a not-so-clean record are all pleading, begging even to not let the deaths pass uninvestigated just because of a cardboard.
