[Trending Now] Cebu Cop Missing After Tagging 'Narco-Cops' Garbo and Loot In a Blotter Report. SHOCKING!

After the alleged extrajudicial killings, now a police is missing and is allegedly connected to these killings. 

Police Officer 2 Ryan Casiban is not yet found after he left his office last Wednesday at around 3am in the morning. With him was hi M-16 rifle and the station's mobile phone which is also used as the station's hotline. 

After 30 minutes after he left, he texted former Cordova Chief of Police, Senior Inspector Zosimo Jabas Jr. where he was aking for help as he was being hunted by a certain  Atan Tajanlangit.

This was not according to schedule said PO2 Laurencio as Cabisan was supposed to duty as the desk officer until 8am of Wednesday. However, he left his post early riding his service motorcycle. 

Before this, he wrote a blotter report where he tagged two police officials. Quoting from what he wrote, he said: "Gen. Garbo and Gen. Loot (members of a ) drug syndicate of the Philippines because of big drug money protected by his men (in) PNP organization," 

This is the same with his earlier blotter report, saying: otter, wherein he said: "I want to write what is justice for all to stop all illegal drugs. God is in me," with his signature.

He is still missing yet his uniform, service motorcycle, M-16 was found in a bushy area in Sitio Naga, Barangay Babag II, Lapu-Lapu City.

It can be recalled that Garbo and Loot were included in the five generals name dropped by President Duterte.
