[Trending Now] Truth Behind This Young Boy Being Tortured After Stealing Coconuts Revealed!

These photos of a young boy who was being tortured has made the rounds on social media sites. 

It was continuously shared by the online community hoping that the authorities would see it and take action on it. 

Apparently, this young boy was named Mon Veasna. According to the sources, this young boy was caught by the farmers named Heng Dane 35, and Heng Vanny, 28 as he stole the coconuts of the farmers. 

They decided to tie his hands on his back and submerged him in the water container to give him a lesson. 

These men were arrested on the same day that the photo went viral. This happened in Cambodia back in August 2014, but it just went viral in the Philippines today.
